The welcome during check-in set a positive tone for my stay, and the spacious king room featuring a fridge was a real treat. However, the safe malfunctioned twice, which led to two visits from maintenance, creating unnecessary hassle. Additionally, receiving a notice about water being turned off overnight was frustrating, as it disrupted basic necessities. Despite these issues, the unique cylindrical design of the building added charm, making it a memorable experience overall.

This hotel suits me perfectly, offering great amenities like free wi-fi, a welcoming snack bar, and a relaxing outdoor pool. The staff even helped me with directions on my first stay, which I really appreciated. I'll be back for Xmas!...  

great location but inconsistent room cleanliness

The reception staff, including Marianne and Brian, were always friendly and helpful. The location on International Drive is convenient, with many dining options available nearby.

I noticed a few areas in the room were not thoroughly cleaned upon check-in.

my stay at four points was great! the friendly staff helped me switch rooms quickly due to some noise. i loved the gym and enjoyed a tasty lunch sandwich. the breakfast team, especially alex, is fantastic! they serve better,...

I had an amazing stay with a spacious and beautifully updated room featuring a comfy king-sized bed and a fantastic view of the city. The location is perfect for easy access to Universal Studios and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, truly making me feel right at home. One aspect that could be improved is the breakfast options, which felt a bit overpriced for what was offered.

Honestly, my stay was pretty disappointing. The room was rundown, and despite the comfy bedding, everything felt musty and in need of renovation. I also noticed it didn't match the bright photos online. I wouldn’t return here again.
